The Story

The client was in need of a longer-tenure loan to support the smooth execution of their ongoing residential project. With project timelines extending and cash flow cycles evolving, a standard loan structure wouldn’t have provided the flexibility required for successful delivery.

Understanding these dynamics, we secured a stretched moratorium period, giving the client much-needed breathing room during the early stages of construction. This allowed them to focus on execution without the immediate pressure of repayments.
