Komal, an MBA in HR from Symbiosis University Pune, is a dedicated social entrepreneur and influential figure in her community. Since 2017, she has been leading transformative Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives for Elysium Group, driving meaningful impact and sustainable change.
As a master trainer in her previous journey with Helen O’Grady International, she had mentored numerous students, fostering their development with care and commitment.
Deeply invested in the growth and progress of each beneficiary child of Elysium Smiles, Komal maintains personal connections, offering consistent guidance and counselling to support their journeys. A passionate animal lover, she actively contributes to the mission of IDA (In Defence of Animals), advocating for animal welfare with unwavering dedication. Her multifaceted efforts reflect her commitment to social good and holistic progress.
